Senior Caregiver 3-Part Educational Series

This 3-part educational series is designed for Caregivers of Senior Adults. September 2nd will focus on legal matters such as Power of Attorney, Wills, Guardianships, etc. presented by Land of Lincoln Legal Aide; the September 9th part will focus on end-of-life care regarding palliative, hospice and grief support by Transitions Care; and the September 16th class will be dementia-related behaviors presented by the Alzheimer's Association. This program is offered by the Ford County Health Department's Caregiver Services which provides services for Caregivers in Iroquois and Ford Counties.
