An early morning accident Sunday in Watseka led to a handful of charges against the driver of a vehicle. 24-year-old Jesse Calvillo lost control of his vehicle while northbound on N. 3rd Street.  City Police report Calvillo struck a utility vehicle.  He was located and charged with Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Failure to Reduce Speed, Operating ma Vehicle without Valid Registration, Driving While License Suspended, Driving Without Insurance and Operating a Vehicle without lights when required.  The accident happened just after 1 am.
