Thirty-seven year-old David Fredericks of Sheldon is facing felony charges after this arrest last week (Wed 7/2) on alleged drug manufacturing and delivery offenses. Livingston County Sheriff’s Police report the arrest was made in Chatsworth. Officers executed a search warrant at a residence in the 300-block of E. Locust Street. Recovered during a search were over 12-hundred doses of acid, along with mushrooms, THC concentrates, cannabis and prescription meds. Also seized was over $3,000 cash.
Fredericks was charged with three-counts of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance and one-count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. All are class X felonies.
