Illinois State Police investigated a 2-vehicle crash Monday along Route 49 near Rankin. which killed a 59-year-old woman.  Robin Robinson was identified by Vermilion County Coroner Jane McFadden.  Robinson was northbound driving an SUV when a 20-year-old man turned into her path.  Ellis Flessner-Bryant was cited by state police for failing to yield to oncoming traffic.  Police said Bryant was turning into a private drive.  The mishap occurred just after 1 pm near County Road 4000 N.
