The Iroquois County Public Health Department (ICPHD), in partnership with Iroquois Memorial Hospital, will be hosting a community-based, COVID-19 vaccination clinic for qualified individuals on Monday, April 26.

The health department is now scheduling appointments for the • Pfizer Vaccination Clinic (Illinois residents, age 16 and older) – Monday, April 26, 2021; 7:00 AM – 7:40 AM • Moderna Vaccination Clinic (Illinois residents, age 18 and older) – Monday, April 26, 2021; 7:50 AM – 8:40 AM.
