Grace Christian Academy coordinating meals, supplies for Tornado victims

Grace Christian Academy has become a gathering point for victims and volunteers following the EF-3 tornado Tuesday.  The school is on Waldron Road in Kankakee, just outside the Aroma Park boundaries; much of Aroma Park having been hit by the tornado damage.  The school is serving as drop-off point for supplies used for tornado relief. Grace Academy has been closed thru at least Friday to accomodate the relief needs.

Volunteers organized and distributed supplies to residents in need the last few days and will continue.

Pastor Chad Dalton said  "this isn't everything people, need. but it helps."  He said it's amazing to see the people who want to help.
