Watseka Summer Breakfast Program

Watseka High School

Iroquois CUSD #9 Summer Breakfast Program will be served to children 18 years and younger and to persons over 18 years, who are enrolled in a state-approved educational program for the mentally or physically disabled.  

Free breakfast will be served at Watseka High School Monday - Thursday, June 9 - June 26 starting at 7:30a - 8:30a.  Children should enter through the Door 2 by the cafeteria on Belmont Ave.

Preschool Storytime with Mr. Cole: Butterflies

Join Mr. Cole on Friday, May 9th @ 9:30AM for Preschool Story Time: Buttflies. There will be fun-filled books read and an exciting activity to go with the theme! Ages 2-5 are welcome and NO library card is required. See you there!

Lake Village Presbyterian Church Annual Spring Fish Fry

Come join us for Fish! We invite you and your family to the Annual Spring Fish Fry and Chicken Dinner. The dinner will be at the Lake Township Community Hall located at 9728 N. 300 W. in Lake Village, on Friday, May 9th, 4:00pm - 7:00pm. The dinner consists of Fish and Chicken Tenders, French Fries, whole potato, Cole Slaw, Apple Sauce, Coffee, Lemonade, Tea and Home-made Desserts.
Adults and Children 6 – 12 years may purchase a meal. Children 5 years and younger are Free. There will be Carry-Out meals available. The food is prepared by the Knights of Columbus in Lowell and hosted by the Lake Village Presbyterian Women. Country Theatre Workshop will be holding ‘open auditions’ for their comedy “The Play That Goes Wrong”, in which, something is seriously going WRONG onstage, and the Actors are getting concerned!  

To join this calamity of a murder mystery gone awry, come to the CTW theatre on Friday, May 9^th, at 6:00pm.
