The 88th annual Momence Glad Fest includes several days of fun. It's the 88th rendition of the Momence Gladiolus Festival -- including family events and food vendors. The event runs thru Sunday. 

The fest begins with the 7 pm Wednesday coronation of the festival’s princess and queen on the River Street stage.  There are seven queen candidates and nine princess contestants. 

Several events, amusements, parades and a carnival on the city’s west side.
