Friday 7/10 is the deadline for Iroquois County taxpayers to pay their first installment of the 2025 real estate tax bill. State statute calls for a 1 1/2 percent penalty if not paid on time. The County Treasure's office is open daily Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Taxes are also payable at all Iroquois County banks, through the mail,  or in the drop-box outside the on the 9-1-1 Dispatch Center on south side of the county Administrative Center.
