A well-being check in Bradley Wednesday turned into a fatal police shooting.  A 34-year-old Bradley man was identified as the shooting victim.  Jose Orozco died oif multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Kankakee County Coroner's Office.  An autopsy was scheduled.  Illinois State Police is investigating at the request of the Bradley Police department.  Orozco was reportedly armed with a bladed-weapon and refused to follow police commands while advancing toward officers.
