RULES for the WGFA Illiana Trading Post
The WGFA Trading Post is a service that has grown tremendously over the years. We thank you for being a part of this growing WGFA community. In order to keep the Illiana Trading Post running well and to prevent problems, please follow these simple rules. If you have any questions or problems, please feel free to contact WGFA. PREMIUM LISTINGS
-What are Premium Listings?
New to the Illiana Trading Post: Individuals as well as Businesses may post ads on the Illiana Trading Post for a nominal fee. Premium Listings allow a user to submit up to three images pertaining to their Ad. Users may also take advantage of unlimited custom text to describe their Ad and some WYSIWYG HTML capability.
-How do I submit an ad?
After registering an account with the Illiana Trading Post and logging in, click on “Submit Ad” along the top of the screen. Then choose the specific category area you would like to submit an ad.
-What can I put in my Premium Listings Ad?
Only ONE item per Ad is allowed. Any information you provide within your Ad, including, but not limited to, the Title, Contact Info and Description must pertain only to the ONE item you have chosen to feature in the Premium Listing. Any reference to other items or services will not be allowed. You are allowed to customize your Ad, but all images and information you choose to submit must only serve to Advertise your ONE featured item. For example: you are NOT allowed to advertise a desk lamp in the Title line and then proceed to explain how your business provides quality lighting products in the description. The Illiana Trading Post is a place for Buying, Selling and Trading Items and not to advertise businesses.
-Does the ONE item per Ad rule apply to categories pertaining to Garage Sales or Services and Labor?
Yes. In the context of the Illiana Trading Post, ONE occurrence of a garage sale, yard sale, auction; one offering of a specific service or labor would be considered ONE item.
-What if I submit an ad and I do not follow these rules?
Your ad will be deleted. ALL ads are reviewed by the Illiana Trading Post staff for content and rule adherence purposes and must be approved before they are made publicly viewable.
-Does my Premium Listing ad expire?
All ads will expire after a period of thirty days and will be deleted from the Illiana Trading Post. Users may remit payment in order to renew an ad but at a limit of five times per unique ad.
-How do I pay for a Premium Listing ad?
The Illiana Trading Post is now PayPal capable. Users will remit payment electronically through PayPal. The Illiana Trading Post will provide a link to PayPal directly after Ad Submission. PayPal allows users a safe and secure way to pay online using a credit card or debit card.
-How soon will my ad appear online?
Most Ads will appear online within 1-2 hours of submission, but could take up to 24-48 hours. Only ad submissions which have been processed successfully through PayPal, and have been approved by the Illiana Trading Post Admin will be made publically viewable online.
-How will I know if my Ad has been approved?
You will receive an email notification in your email inbox sent via the email address you provided at registration, from the Illiana Trading Post informing you as to whether the ad has been approved.
-Can I modify my Ad if I am unhappy with how it looks?
At this time we do NOT allow ad modification after submission for payment and approval.
-What if I delete my Ad after it has been approved and made viewable online?
If a user deletes a “paid” and “approved” ad, the Illiana Trading post staff will assume the item has been sold by said user or the user has chosen to delete the ad for some other reason.
-What if I delete my “paid” ad accidently?
The Illiana Trading Post is not responsible for user error in relation to ad deletion.
*If, in extreme cases, a user feels his Ad has been deleted in a manner or reason unbeknownst to him or to his fault, he may submit a request to the Illiana Trading Post by emailing 941fm@wgfaradio.com and state his case. All requests of this nature will be reviewed in a timely manner by the Illiana Trading Post staff but may take up to 30-Days of receipt of said email communication.
*If the Illiana Trading Post staff determines the deletion to have been in error and not at the fault of said user, NO actual currency refund will take place, but Credits, however, equal to the amount of said Ad submission will be added to said user’s account.
*ABSOLUTELY NO “paid” ad which has been publically viewable online more than 7 days will be considered in the situation described above.
-If I choose to delete my ad before the 30-Day expiration, can I get some money back?
If a User chooses to delete his Ad from the Illiana Trading Post prior to the 30-Day Expiration, he is NOT entitled to any kind of full or partial reimbursement.

*While the Illiana Trading Post staff is committed to keeping it’s users informed and up-to-date, the Illiana Trading Post (WGFA Radio) reserves the right to modify all rules and regulations of the Illiana Trading Post at any time without notice to users.
FREE LISTINGS
-What is FREE LISTINGS?
The Illiana Trading post will continue to make available a Free Listings area within the online version of the Illiana Trading Post. Users may post in the category area, free-of-charge. Only individuals, NOT businesses are allowed to post within the Free Listings area.
-Will I be limited on how much I write in a single post?
Yes, the Free Listings area will be limited. These ads will consist of a specified amount of text-only, no images, and there will be no category divisions in the Free Listings area.
-Do Free Listings ads expire?
Yes, ads submitted in the Free Listings area will expire after a period of 15-Days.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR THE ONLINE ILLIANA TRADING POST
• A link to these rules are made available within the Illiana Trading Post at all times. By registering an account with the Illiana Trading Post, users infer their compliance with these rules.
• In addition to the rules above, you are required to follow any additional Illiana Trading Post rules which may be posted within or about specific category areas.
• We ask that you are patient with the WGFA Staff (admins), and software providing this service. Any abuse towards our staff or management, on-air or online in any form, may result in immediate suspension of your account and/or legal action.
• We take the “Be Polite” rule very seriously. We do not tolerate any rudeness. Any member who is intentionally unpleasant or disruptive may be banned without warning.
• FREE LISTINGS area only: You may not post any message that is commercial by nature.
• FREE LISTINGS area only: You may only post a single item once per week.
• If you SPAM (this means any misuse of this service) our members in any manner, your account will be disabled.
• Businesses may not use the Illiana Trading Post to contact individuals or posters.
• Your account is yours alone. You are responsible for any activity created with it. You may not share your account login with anyone. If you choose to ignore this important restriction, your account and any accounts associated with it will be disabled.
• All publicly displayed ads are limited to the English language. This includes ad titles, descriptions and all other content areas provided within specific ads.
• You may not post on behalf of any banned member in any public manner. This includes all categories and e-mail features (when available).
• You may not post words or URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots, or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat any censors put in place.
• You may not link, in any manner, to sites or images containing pornography, sexually explicit, gross violence, or are determined by admins to be detrimental to the community. Any user in violation to this rule will have their account immediately banned.
• Any ads that encourage illegal intent will be removed and the account disabled.
• Public posts debating these rules and/or admin enforcement of such, will be removed without comment. We encourage feedback however and invite you to use our contact page at http://www.WGFARadio.com if you have any questions or concerns.
• If your user name is the same as your URL or company name, you may not refer to it in posts. You may not post any message that directs others to any pages at your own commercial domain, including informational pages. A commercial domain is defined as a site that receives any type of income or links to any income producing properties. You may not solicit the membership for feedback or suggestions on your product or services. You may not solicit users for any project or purpose external to the Trading Post, public, private, or commercial.
• FREE LISTINGS area only: URLs or other forms of advertising (phone numbers, plans, contact details, etc.) are not allowed in custom user titles or names.
• You may not use custom titles to impersonate, or attempt to impersonate, WGFA Staff, user groups, or any entity. Profile pictures cannot include sexually explicit or graphically intense images. Profile Summary (and all other modules) cannot include or link to illegal encouragement, harassment, sexually explicit, or other non-family-friendly content.
• Any posts not meeting these guidelines may be removed with or without notice.
• We do not add/remove ads or accounts on request.
• WGFA Radio cannot determine the accuracy of information that may be uploaded to the website.
• Opinions, advice and all other information expressed by users within their ads are those of the author. You rely on such information at your own risk. You are urged to seek professional advice for specific, individual situations and not rely solely on advice or opinions given in the discussions.
• We reserve the right to modify and amend these terms at any time without written notice. It is your responsibility to remain informed of current WGFA Policies. We further reserve our right to disable any account at any time for any reason and without notice.
• You are permitted a maximum of one account, active or inactive, regardless of how many e-mail addresses you have. If you have forgotten your log in details and are unable to retrieve them via the system, do not create a new account, please contact the administrator off the contact page at http://www.WGFARadio.com.
• We don’t intend to censor messages based on the opinions expressed within posts, but we will enforce the policies outlined both on-air and online. We reserve the right to remove, modify or move posts at our discretion and without explanation. Please contact the admin via our contact page at http://www.WGFARadio.com if you do not understand any of the rules, guidelines or policies outlined here.
• Suspension of your account is a definite consequence of not adhering to these guidelines.
• By using this web site, you agree to be contacted by site administration, regardless of your account settings, when it becomes necessary to do so regarding your account activity.
