FED AG REPORT: Farmland values up

Following three years of consecutive declines, farmland values increased 1 percent through most of Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Iowa in 2017, but credit conditions deteriorated for the fourth quarter of last year. That’s according to the latest agriculture report from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. The report says more of the same is likely through early 2018.
