Illinois State Police investigated a 2-vehicle accident Wednesday that injured a Milford woman. Teri Reffett went to an area hospital as did the driver of the other vehicle. 78-yr-old Jerry Paxton of Henning was airlifted with serious injuries. The collision happened just before 4 pm at Route 136 and Henning Road in Vermilion County. Police report Paxton pulled from a stop sign ito the path of Reffett. Paxton was cited for failure to yield right of way.
