Three regions of Illinois begin new stricter mitigation rules, under guidelins announced by Governor J.B. Pritzker Monday.  Regions five, seven and eight, wich include southern Illinois and Kankakee and Will , and Kane and DuPage counties will be subject to tier two restrictions beginning Wednesday.  Gatherings will, be limited for restaurants and bars, sporting events, and recreational events. Pritizker said statewide, the number of dialy COVID cases has increased 380 percent since October 1st.
