Illinois State Police have responded to several crashes this (Wed) morning. Troopers say roadways are slick and icy in many places. They’re asking drivers to slow down and proceed with caution.
Reports of more than a dozen crashes in parts of central Illinois, including two with injuries. Kankakee County Sheriff's Police investigated more than 20 minor accidents. Motorists need to clear the snow from headlights and tail-lights and slow it down.
