An Onarga man faces  a charge of Criminal Sexual Assault and Unlawful Restraint.  28-year-old Joseph Wessely was arrested by Iroquois County deputies on an outstanding warrant.  A Gilman man, 26-year-old Terry Balir Jr., was arrested for Criminal Damage. 36-year-old Brandon Wood of Cissna Park was arrested on an Iroquois County warrant for Theft over $500.  35-year-old Heather Osborne of Watseka was jailed after an arrest by deputies for Theft over $10,000.  42-year-old Laura Hall of Watseka was also arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

A Chicago woman was arrested by Iroquois County deputies on a warrant out of Rock Island County.  30-year-old Tatiana Neustadler is wanted for driving on a suspended license.
