Illinois Congressman Adam Kinzinger vows to work for America; Thanks voters for support

Incumbent Republican Adam Kinzinger scored a decisive victory in Tuesday’s General Election, keeping his 16th Congressional seat. He defeated Democrat Dani Brzozowski who won 35 percent of the vote. Kinzinger received a total of 213,503 votes to Brzozowski's 114,079 votes. Kinzinger says that he's honored and humbled by the victory. He says that he will work with his colleagues to meet American's needs while keeping China accountable for actions that he says led to the COVID-19 pandemic. Kinzinger also wants to engage in a more civil discourse, appreciating what we all have and enjoy.

Wednesday, Kinzinger criticized a Tweet from President Trump claiming that Democrats were trying to steal the election. Kinzinger says the votes will be counted and that President Trump will either win or lose and that America would accept that.
