Motorcycle crash in Indiana kills Illinois man

Indiana State Police reported a weekend crash near Covington that killed a 28-year-old motorcyclist from Illinois.  James McVey of Bolingbrook was dead at the scene, according to investigators.  McVey died when his westbund Harley Davidson crossed the centerline of U.S. 136, hitting an eastbound pickup truck.  The accident happened neat the Wabash River bridge, outside of Covington.  The truck driver was seriously injured and was air-lifted to an Indianapolis hospital..  Two passengers in the pickup were injured, but are expected to survive.  The accident occurred at 2 pm Saturday.
