A vacant Manteno warehouse will become home to a Texas-based company that will provide packaging and distribution service for supplies related to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 576,000-square-foot warehouse will seek up to 600 workers. Material handlers and machine operators, specifically, will earn up to $17.45 per hour.

McKesson Corp.has signed a lease with property owner Cardinal Real Estate of Sherman Oaks, Calif. McKesson is advertising for 600 warehouse workers. It’s expected, the location of the facility is at 1125 Sycamore Road. The location had most recently been the home of XPO Logistics and DHL Supply. Both locations closed last fall.
