Kinzinger also said that alliances matter and the President's decision would damage the nation's relationship with Germany and the rest of NATO. Although Kinzinger said America may disagree with Germany's decision to allow Russia to continue their NORD Stream 2 project, he said removing troops on the ground forfeits America's place at the negotiating table.
