Kankakee detectives were investigating shots fired Monday afternoon. Officers responded around 2 pm to the 500-block of south Harrison Avenue. Police reported finding shell casings on the roadway. No one was hurt, there was no damage.

Kankakee police were also called to reports of shots fired about 1:30 Sunday morning in the 200 block of South Greenwood Avenue.
