A 49-year-old Kankakee man trimming trees died Monday when he fell from the roof of a home. Salvador Bendolla was on the roof of a neighbor’s home when he lost his balance, according to the Kankakee County Coroner’s Office. He fell about 30-feet and was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
