The Illinois Department of Transportation has announced I-57 traffic will be closed during overnight hours this week. The interstate will close from 8 pm until 5:30 am while work crews install I-beams for a new bridge under construction on Larry Power Road. Southbound traffic will follow a detour from Bourbonnais Parkway to Route 50 then return to the interstate at exit ramp 315. The northbound traffic will direct to Route 50 to Bourbonnais parkway.
