Per capita numbers show Iroquois County included among the state’s counties with the most deaths from coronavirus. Iroquois County is ranked 34th and Kankakee County is 37th when evaluating the COVID-related ratio of deaths by population. The top 50 counties will be the first to get a share of the first shipment of the COVID-19 vaccine. There’s been so many reports the vaccine will be administered to healthcare workers first to get the distribution underway.
