Iroquois County Board meeting returns to Adm Ctr

Next Tuesday's (August 11) Iroquois County Board meeting is scheduled for 9 am at the Administrative Center in Watseka.  The meeting site returns to the County Board Room after previous meetings were moved to the County Highway Garage in order to practice social distancing due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Wearing a mask is recommended. Officials continue to monitor COVID developments.  Normal operations, its hoped, will return soon.  Until then, local officials are following leadership at the State and Local levels to maintain safety for all concerned.

County Board members and the public who wish to participate in the Board meeting but do not want to attend in-person can access the meeting with the Call-Inprocess.  Call-In number is 1-480-660-5340.  When prompted, tzhe access code is 712499.

The County Adm Center is open to the public.  Officials encourage tzhe public to conduct business by phone, if possible. The Highway department Offices remain closed to the public until further notice. The area of the Adm Ctr housing the County Health Department is open to the public.
