Indiana Troopers seize two-pounds of Meth in traffic stop

A Calumet City man has been arrested in Indiana after state police discovered he had two pounds of methamphetamine in his possession. 21-year-old Deonta Grant was pulled over by a state trooper at 6 p.m. Friday on U.S. Route 41 northwest of Williamsport after the officer witnesses him speeding. Grant admitted to the officer that he was under the influence of drugs. During a search of his vehicle, officers found a small amount of cannabis and a large package of meth, which was later found to contain about two pounds of the substance.
