Illinois Sees Over 12-Thousand New Thanksgiving Day COVID-19 Cases

Illinois health officials are reporting over 12-thousand new COVID-19 cases.  The new cases of the virus were announced yesterday on Thanksgiving Day, along with more than 130 additional deaths.  Over six-thousand people in Illinois remain hospitalized with COVID-19, with 724 of those on ventilators.  Over 697-thousand people in the state have tested positive for COVID-19 and nearly 12-thousand have died since the pandemic began.
