The State Fire Marshall is investigating the cause of a structure fire in Watseka Monday afternoon. A house fire at 321 W. Victory Avenue chased three people from the home, which was destroyed. There was no injury, according to Fire Chief Tim Ketchum. The box-alarm, just before 4 pm, brought help from Milford, Martinton, Crescent City, Sheldon and Ashkum fire departments, along with Riverside-Ambulance personnel. A neighbor alerted the occupants of the fire.
