A Benton County jury found Rhett Martin of Fowler guilty of all four charges for a murder in 2019. The jury returned its verdict (Thursday) after deliberating a little more than an hour. Martin was found guilty for 3-counts of murder, including committing the crime during a burglary and robbery. A fourth-count of arson accused him of setting fire to the victim’s home.
Sentencing is currently set for November 19.
