A suburban firefighter's death is under investigation follwing an apparent accident during a dive-traning exercise at Haigh Quarry in Kankakee.  29-year-old Dylan Cunningham passed away at Northwestern Memoral Hospital in Chicago.  The accident happened Wednesday.  Emergency calls referred to a person in distress.  The South Holland community is flying the flag at half-mast.
