Kankakee Fire reports a Sunday morning house fire appears to have accidental. Chief Damon Schuldt said no one was injured. The cause was under investigation. The fire broke out a little before 7 am in the 600-block of Country Club Drive. There was extensive damage to the home and some damage to a neighboring residence. Chief Schuldt said smoke detectors alerted the occupants. They were able to escape un-hurt.
