A Donovan man died in a single-vehicle accident Sunday in rural Iroquois County.  64-year-old Dennis Lade was eastbound on 2400 N Road.  The sheriff's police report indicated the vehicle left the roadway, ran through an open field, then hit a ditch embankment at 2525 E Road.  Lade was pronounced dead at the scene.  Donovan Fire and Riverside Ambulance responded. The accident is under investigation.
