A 23-year-old Dyer, IN man was jailed in Jasper County following his arrest by Indiana State Police (Wednesday).  Kevin Calderone is charged wth Resisting Law Enforcement and Reckless Driving.  He led troopers on a chase on I-65 in Jasper County.  Authorities responded to a report of a speeding driver at 3:20 in the afternoon.  After an attempt to stop the vehicle, Calderone allegedly flipped theofficer off and continued in an erratic manner, crossing all lanes of traffic and swerving at police cars while driving at both high and slow speeds.  Police used stop-sticks to finally stop the vehicle.  Calderone then alegedly refused to get out of his car and police had to remove him from his car. 

Tropers from the Lowell and Lafayette Posts were involved.  Additional law enforcement included Jasper County Sheriff deputies and Rensselaer police.
