People are being told to leave the bear alone.  The Illinois Department of Natural Resources and Conservation Police Officers are reminding people to leave the black bear traveling through western Illinois alone. More than 300 people gathered to watch the bear. Officials said they followed and harassed the animal as it traveled through northwest Henderson County over Father’s Day weekend.
