A single-vehicle rollover accident west of Chebanse Sunday morning left a Chebanse man dead. 20-year-old Kory Kohler was trapped inside his vehicle upside down. Iroquois County Sheriff’s Police said Kohler was pronounced dead. The Coroner’s Office, Riverside EMS and Chebanse Township Fire responded.

Sheriff’s Police report Kohler was eastbound on 3400 N when he lost control near 1100 E Road. The car skidded off the roadway, impacted the south embankment and rolled into a field.
