The Braidwood Police and Fire Department are working with the State Fire Marshall investigating a fatal house fire. It happened yesterday (Wed) afternoon. Emergency crews were dispatched to the 400 block of Anndon Drive just before 2 pm. Neighbors advised the house was occupied by the homeowner. Fire personal entered the residence and rescued the homeowner, who later died of his injuries. .
