Vermilion County Boardmembers (Monday) re-elected Larry Baughn as Chairman.  The Hoopeston resident will serve a second term as chairman.  Board members also selected Craig Golden unanimously as Vice Chairman.

Two new board members were seated. Both won election last month.  Shelley McLain will represent District 3. Jerry Hawker won a contested race in District 7.
