Rhett Martin of Fowler, Indiana was handed a 92 year prison term (Thursday) for the murder of Daniel Riegle.  Martin was onvicted by a Benton County jury last month.He received 65 years for Riegle's death and 12 more years for arson.  Prosecutors said he set fire to Riegle's home after the death.  Martin also received another 15 years for the use of firearms.

A co-defendant, Duane Scott, is yet to be sentenced.  Scott pleaded guiltyto murder.
