Health officials in Vermilion County are now reporting they’ve reached a total of 236 positive cases of coronavirus. One of the latest cases is a pre-school-aged child. Public Health Administrator Doug Toole said the agency recorded eight new cases (Wednesday). The numbers include a person in their 60s, two in their 50s, one in their 40s, two in their 30s, one in their 20s.

Iroquois County Public Health (Wednesday) reported seven new confirmed cases, the total number now at 272.  Ford County Public Health reported two new cases for a total of 70.  Twenty new cases of the virus were confirmed in Kankakee County.  The total there is 1,903. 

In Indiana --  new cases were added in Benton, Jasper, Newton, White and Tippecanoe Counties.
