A fourth Livingston County resident has died from COVID-19 complications. The Livingston County Health Department reported Tuesday a woman was in her 80s and had been hospitalized. The health department also reported a new case, a woman in her 20s who is isolating at home. Livingston County now has 173 confirmed cases.
