Bourbonnais Mayor Paul Schore gathered nearly 60 percent (896) of the votes Tuesday to win another 4-year term.

Schore, who ran on the Citizens Party ticket, defeated 38-year-old Jeff Keast.

Schore was appointed mayor in 2008 and won re-election in the only uncontested metro area mayoral race the following year. Prior to that he served 11 years as village trustee.
