Autopsy Completed on Pepsico Quaker Victim

Preliminary autopsy results on Brett Hauk, conducted this (Sat) morning, reveal that he died from massive traumatic blunt force injuries from the fall at the Pepsico Quaker plant in Danville.  The Coroner's Office is still awaiting toxicology results and microscopic studies before finalizing the investigation.

Vermilion County Coroner Peggy Johnson is working with Danville Police and OSHA in the investigation.

The 51-year-old Hauk fell five floors to his death last Thursday evening. He fell from a manlift.  Hauk was pronounced dead just before 9 pm.
