Suspected Gunman’s Car Found in Chicago, search continues

 

The search continues today for 25-year-old Rene Flores, the man accused of shooting a co-worker at a warehouse in Manteno Tuesday.

Meanwhile, a black Chrysler 300 Rene Flores drove away in was found in Chicago.

Chief deputy Sheriff Ken McCabe said Flores is considered armed and dangerous.  CrimeStoppers is offering a reward for info leading to his arrest.

Police, including Chicago officers, are keeping an eye on the areas where the car was found Thursday.

The search for Flores by the sheriff's office, the Kankakee County Major Crimes Task Force, the United States Marshal's Fugitive Task Force and other law enforcement agencies continues. Crime Stoppers of Kankakee County is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to Flores' arrest. Those with information can call 815-93-CRIME (932-7463) and remain anonymous.
