Relay For Life of Iroquois County
The American Cancer Society Relay For Life of Iroquois County begins on Friday, June 14 at 6 PM at the Watseka High School track and continues until closing at 6 AM on Saturday, June 15. People participating walk the track and participate in activities throughout the night to signify that cancer never sleeps. Relay is a fun-filled 12-hour family-oriented event that gives people a chance to celebrate the lives of others who have battled cancer, to remember loved ones lost to cancer, and to fight back against the disease. Survivors walking around the track will start the event at 6PM. A luminaria ceremony will take place at 9 PM.
