HOPE for the Holidays is a grief support program to help those struggling with loss through the holiday season, no matter how long ago the loss occurred. It's a free program and is open the public. HOPE for the Holidays will be held at Gilman Healthcare Center and will be led by a social worker and chaplain from Vitas Hospice.
