The East Central Illinois Community Action Agency is accepting applications for the 2012-2013 Head Start Birth to Five Program. Applications will be taken Monday thru Friday from 8am to 3pm at the Watseka Head Start Center, 1001 E Grant St. in Watseka. Parents interested in enrolling their child should call 815-432-5900 between 8am and 3pm. Head Start is free to income eligible families.
