Heavy Rainfall Potential for Thursday through Friday

A powerful storm system will be moving out of the Plains overnight, and will begin to affect western Illinois by midday Thursday, spreading across the state by evening. This system is expected to spread another round of very heavy rain across central and southeast Illinois.
