In a Saturday afternoon (9/5) game at Broadlands/Heritage, Popham led in rushing with 115 yards on just 9 carries. Then in Friday’s (9/11) game, he followed up with 51 yards rushing and scored the game-winning TD with :16 left to give MCP a thrilling 26-24 home win over Bismarck-Henning.
